Patrick James,
Patrick is President and CEO of Tax Strategies and Solutions, Inc., and has dedicated his entire career to helping people create and preserve wealth through knowledge. His marketing expertise was instrumental in launching a tax reduction program with Scott Estill, a former senior trial attorney for the IRS. Together, Patrick and Scott created a toolkit to teach people how to take advantage of every possible tax deduction in order to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax deductions.

Scott Estill,
Scott M. Estill is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he majored in Political Science, and the John Marshall Law School (JD with Highest Honors). Following law school he clerked for the Illinois Appellate Court for two and a half years. Mr. Estill then became a trial attorney for the IRS in Chicago, leaving several years later as a Senior Trial Attorney with a perfect trial record. In 1995, Mr. Estill opened his own tax law firm in Denver, Colorado, where he specialized in federal and state tax strategies, advice and assistance to many home based and small businesses.
Mr. Estill explains the complicated IRS policies and procedures to non tax professionals and individuals, IRS controversies, audits, criminal investigations, trials and collections. Mr. Estill has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences and seminars throughout the United States on the subject of dealing with the IRS. He also specializes in helping people maximize tax deductions by starting and operating their own home based business.
